CuisineAustralia.com is a project I’ve been working on with my family for few years. We’re up to 500 recipes, but it was starting to get a bit out dated and needed a refresh. So it’s offline for now, and will be back with a fresh new look soon. I’m always cooking and taking photos, although sometimes I’m more food motivated than others!
The markets nearby on a Saturday morning often produce a surprise like the cheap tomatoes, huge limes, bright red chili’s and amazing coriander this week. So I whipped up a tomato with coriander and lime soup and a chili sauce with coriander and lime. This photo is untouched using a speedlight/flash. There is no enhancement or colour correcting on this photo and these reds are true to their vibrance.
D is a pretty happy boy with a giant vodka bottle of chili sauce, and a few serves left over that disappeared before they could be bottled.
